14 day Money Back Guarantee and Refund Policy
Under our money back guarantee, first-time subscribers can request a full refund of their initial payment within 14 days of subscribing. Please send your request, stating that you wish to receive a refund, via the Contact Us page using the email address from your Profitspi registration. (Check your Registration Details in Profitspi.) Refunds are applied via WorldPay / PayPal to the credit card you used for the payment.
Initial payments where 14 days have elapsed and subsequent payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be given at the discretion of company management.

Automatic Renewals
You will be charged automatically at your selected period interval but you may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation your subscription will expire on it's next renewal date and you will revert to the free subscription plan.
Secure Payment Processing via WorldPay or PayPal
You may choose WorldPay or PayPal to handle your subscription payments. For renewable Subscriptions, you will be provided with a User Id and Password when you sign up. You may subsequently visit WorldPay / PayPal to review your account and carry out tasks such as changing your credit card or contact details. Profitspi does not store this information.

Cancellation of a Renewable Subscription
You may cancel your renewable subscription online at any time via WorldPay / PayPal.
To access your WorldPay account directly, use this link: http://www.worldpay.com/shopper/index.php?page=account. You will need the WorldPay User Id and Password which was sent to the email address you entered onto WorldPay when you first subscribed.

Currencies
Profitspi Subscription prices are quoted in US Dollars. However, you may choose to make your WorldPay payments in one of Euros, Pounds Sterling or US Dollars by selecting the Currency on the WorldPay page. You can also choose to have your PayPal payments in the currency of your PayPal account. Exchange rates are determined by WorldPay / PayPal.
