How do I cancel my renewable subscription?

Profitspi.com provides self-managed subscriptions. You can cancel via Profitspi.com or by logging in directly to the appropriate payment provider.

To cancel from Profitspi.com, Log In and go to Subscriptions > My Subscription. Please note the Cancel option will only show if you have an active subscription. (Please note that for Paypal subscriptions you will be re-directed to the appropriate page on the Paypal site as they do not provide remote cancellations.)

WorldPay

When you sign up for a renewable subscription using WorldPay, they automatically provide you with a userid and password for your WorldPay account.

If you wish to cancel your renewable subscription, just log on to WorldPay at http://www.worldpay.com/ before the renewal date and action the cancellation online. Even though you cancel you will still be able to use your Profitspi subscription features until the renewal date.

PayPal

When you sign up for a renewable subscription using PayPal, they automatically provide you with a userid and password for your PayPal account.

If you wish to cancel your renewable subscription, just log on to PayPal at http://www.paypal.com/ before the renewal date and action the cancellation online. Even though you cancel you will still be able to use your Profitspi subscription features until the renewal date.

To cancel in Paypal, find one of the payments, click the 'Details' link and then on the next page click the subscription reference. Another page will be displayed showing the Subscription Details and at the bottom you will find a 'Cancel Subscription' button.
