How do I change my subscription to a different renewal period or plan?
To change your subscription from one period to another, or to another plan, please follow these steps:
- either, cancel your subscription agreement from within Profitspi.com, by logging in and going to Subscriptions > My Subscription
- or go to WorldPay at http://www.worldpay.com/ or PayPal at https://www.paypal.com/, depending on the payment provider you subscribed with, and cancel your existing Profitspi subscription agreement. You will need your WorldPay / PayPal userid and password. Refer to the initial emails you received from WorldPay / PayPal if you cannot remember this information
- after cancelling, check your Subscription details within Profitspi at https://www.profitspi.com/app/subscriptions.aspx. You should see that instead of showing a Next Renewal Date it will now show a Subscription Expiry Date
- choose the new Plan / Period and click Subscribe
- this will result in a new subscription agreement starting today, but you will be given credit for any unused days left over from your cancelled monthly agreement.
